明日であの大きな地震から1週間。
テレビに映る被災地の映像を見るたびに涙が出てきます。
トーホートラベルにもフィジーやタヒチ、ニューカレドニアから励ましの言葉が届いています。
昨日はタヒチの『タヒチヌイトラベル』からタヒチヌイトラベルのスタッフ、タヒチ関係者の皆様から
励ましの言葉が届きましたので皆様にご紹介いたします。
タヒチから心よりお見舞い申し上げます

この度は、予測もつかないような大きな地震と津波により被災された皆様に心からお見舞い申し上げます。
連日の凄まじい報道を目にするたびに、わが故郷が大きな困難に陥っていることに涙してしまいます。
故郷を離れ遠いタヒチの地にいます私たちができることは何があるのだろうと心を痛める毎日です。
しかし、日本人は素晴らし知恵と、お互いをいたわり合う心と、連携・団結をする力があると信じております。
今までも日本は大きな苦難を乗り越えて成長してきました。
今回も必ず、皆様が力を合わせて、希望を持ち続け、この悲惨な状況を乗り越えて、救援・復興を進めていただけると信じ、遠いタヒチの地から応援しております。
遠い地の世界中の国々が日本のことを思い援助を惜しまない状況です・・
どうか辛い日々が続くとは思いますが、希望を捨てずに頑張ってください。

We are very concerned by Japanese troubles, all of us have been
really shocked by everything shown on TV for few days, specially me
because my wife is Japanese, and her family in Japan is directly
affected by all of that.
This year, the fantastic Sakura’s period, will be sad for everyone
having lost something or someone, we know this is far to be finished
for you because of the earthquake’s aftershocks, power plants
disasters, and everything concerning electricity, water, gas or food
distributions… the full recovery will be really long, but we know
Japanese people can do that. 頑張れ!

Nous sommes tous concernés par cette catastrophe et espérons un très rapide retour à la normale dans les jours à venir.
Même en étant un pays riche et développé face à une telle situation il est difficile de se relever seul. Le Japon a droit à toute l’aide possible que toutes les nations pourront lui apporter.
Depuis notre petite ile si nous pouvons contribuer à une action nous le ferons avec tout notre coeur.
La vie continue et les japonais l’ont très bien compris ; c’est signe d’intelligence et d’espoir.

Tahiti Nui Travel is working since more than 30 years with so many valuable clients coming all over from Japan.
It is for us a wonderful adventure with people from two islands, one tiny ,
full of hope and one big country willing to share and discover.
Since the 1980, we have always hired Japan staff for long time ,some staff, even, settled down , having kids, some became long time friends.
Our ties with Japan have always been very strong despite few hard times
in Tahiti due to strike, hurricane,….
Life as usual everywhere in the world with good and bad time.
But last Friday, the worst thing happen, people strapped consecutively by land , water and now the Fukushima drama.
We use to be scared of nature when she is getting mad and like people of the Pacific Ocean ,
we try to show a great sense of humility facing such tragedy.
But today, Japan people shows to the world a lot of dignity facing such an awful situation.
Even if we are far away from Japan people , we can partially share their sadness and their distress.
Our hearts are beating with them and we hope that this will help a little…
